Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Kabosh Digital Pty. Ltd. (“M Street System”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit this website, contact us, take up our free business-process consultation, or use a business system we build for you (together, the “Service”). We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We work with Australian businesses. For the business data stored in the system we build for you - such as your customers’ details - we handle it on your behalf and only as you instruct, and you remain responsible for it under the privacy laws that apply to your business.

Enquiry details. When you use the contact form or email us, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and whatever you tell us about your business.

Consultation information. During the free consultation we collect information about how your business operates - your processes, the software you use, and the problems you want solved.

Business data in your system. Once we build your system, it stores the information you and your team put into it or connect to it, such as customer details, jobs, bookings, invoices, documents and emails. You decide what goes in.

Account and usage data. Login details for the people you give access to, and logs of how the system is used and how it is performing, so we can keep it secure and working.

Website data. Our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit this website, such as your IP address and browser type. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use the information above to:

• Reply to your enquiry and arrange your free consultation.
• Understand your business and design, build and run a system for it.
• Provide the online IT consultant service, including new features, fixes and security checks.
• Prepare your quote and manage billing if you continue after the free month.
• Keep the Service secure, reliable and working properly.
• Meet our legal obligations.

We don’t use your information for marketing to you unless you ask us to, and you can opt out at any time.

Some features of your system use AI - for example, sorting incoming emails, pulling details out of forms or drafting replies. To do this, the relevant information is sent to a third-party AI model provider. We only send what a feature needs, we tell you which provider a feature uses when we set it up, and we choose providers that don’t use business customers’ data to train their models. We don’t use your business data to train any AI model ourselves.

We use trusted service providers to run the Service, including:

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, based in France), which delivers the messages sent through our website contact form to our inbox.
• Cloud hosting and data storage providers, which host this website and the systems we build.
• AI model providers, for the AI features described above.
• Email and software providers you ask us to connect your system to.

Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the European Union and the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles, and we’ll tell you where your system’s data is kept during the consultation.

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the service providers above, so they can help us provide the Service; with the third-party services you ask us to connect; when required by law; or with your consent.

We keep enquiry and consultation details for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up, then delete them. We keep your business data while we’re providing your system. If you don’t continue after the free month, or you stop using the Service later, we’ll give you a copy of your business data if you ask, and then delete it within a reasonable time - unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

We limit access to your data to the people who need it to build and support your system, encrypt stored passwords and connection keys, and check for security risks as part of the Service. No system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we’ll tell you promptly if a data breach affects you.

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing kabosh.digital.main@gmail.com. If you’re not happy with how we handle a privacy concern, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll update the effective date above and, for important changes, let you know directly.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Australia.
